Hapimag Resort Pentolina

first of all, this hapimag has a really unique facility and beautiful nature surrounding it, which is simply stunning - one of the best hapimag resorts for sure and i’ve seen plenty. also, as always staff was welcoming and friendly - huge thank you. nevertheless, there are two major things that are making me slightly mad. 1. the apartements are badly old fashioned (typical hapimag style) and urgently need some renovations - they just don’t fit to the aspirations and overall pricing 2. you must extra pay for everything - towels, fitness room, … that’s nothing a regular decent hotel would ever do i would like to point out further that we did enjoy their pizza a lot - there were some reviews that the pizza is not real italian.. they offer lots of activities for children and there are plenty of animals around, which is both nice. the local little supermarket is surprisingly well stocked and also offers veggies out of their garden. in the end, we loved our stay because of the facility. also, we were allowed to switch apartments because the first one was unpleasant for us due to the location of it. the second one was simply amazing with the most beautiful view. but, we did not know that we had to pay 60€ “cleaning fee” although we basically did not use the first one fully.

We had a great time at the location. Great staff, good apartment (including mounted fans), lots to do at the location (with surprises like night time fire acts), and decent food. We also went on tour to Sienna and a couple of restaurants outside the resort. Some pointers; the fiorentina steak overcooked (not rare), not much gym equipment (i personally like barbells, more dumbbell options, some kettlebells :-)). But minor things really! Highly recommend.

Very highly recommended. I never heard of Pentolina or Hapimag before. By chance, I had the opportunity to stay a couple of days there. I was told it was great so I had great expectations. Indeed it was far above. I would say it was exceptional. Everything is perfect" location, flats, restaurant, grocery and the most importantl staff is very friendly and professional.

Second time we came with 6 people, our entire family and their partners. We just totally love it here. The appartments are gorgeous, the staff are very friendly and speak their languages well, the kids are well entertained, the pool and facilities are gorgeous and the food is delicious, while the prices are reasonable. We could do this all year long...
